Floyd E. Branthafer, Sr., 77, of Shippensburg, passed away the morning of Saturday, October 24, 2020.
Born Monday, August 2, 1943 in Mt. Union, he was the son of the late James and Mary (Benson) Branthafer.
Floyd was employed at Hoffman Mills for nearly 39 years.
He is survived by two daughters, Melinda Thorson of Newville and Janet (James) Fittry; one son, Floyd (Kandi) Branthafer, Jr.; one brother, John Branthafer; one sister, Nancy (John) Walker; and numerous grandchildren and great grandchildren.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by his sister Jane Lynch who passed away November 9,
2015.
Funeral services and burial will be private.
