Esther A. Fisher

Esther A. Fisher, 61, of 197 Peebles Road, Newburg, PA 17240, passed away the evening of Thursday, October 17, 2024 at her home.

She was born on March 9, 1963 in Lancaster, PA, a daughter of the late Christian and Katie Allgyer Fisher.

Esther was a member of the Old Order Amish Church.

She is survived by her husband, Benjamin “Bennie” Fisher of Newburg; three sons, Alvin (Catherine) Fisher, Eli (Mattie) Fisher, and Allen (Barbara) Stoltzfus, all of Newburg; seven grandchildren, Wayne, Roza, Alvin, Jay, and Justin Fisher, and Jared and Bethany Stoltzfus; nine brothers; and two sisters.

Funeral services will be held on Monday, October 21, 2024 at 10:00 a.m. at the residence of Allen and Barbara Stoltzfus, 121 Zion Road, Newburg, PA 17240. Burial will be in the Blue Mountain Amish Cemetery. A viewing will be held from the time of this notice until the time of the service at the Fisher family residence, 197 Peebles Road, Newburg, PA 17240.

The family kindly requests the omission of flowers.
