Ericsson Kothpratoum, 13, Shippensburg, Pennsylvania, passed away on May 30th 2023 due to injuries sustained from a car accident on interstate 81 near Roanoke, Virginia.
Ericsson was born on May 7th 2010 to Douangepee and Bounmy Amnatkeo. His mother, also passed away from the same accident.
Ericsson attended Shippensburg Area Middle School where he was well on his way to completing the 6th grade. After many moves, he was finally able to settle down in the Shippensburg area to make lasting friendships.
He enjoyed playing outside and spending time with his friends and cousins playing video games. He collected Pokemon trading cards and always had them with him. Ericsson enjoyed watching anime. He was able to catch up to all the One Piece episodes that were released. He had a quiet demeanor but was always well mannered and the first to volunteer when any chores had to be completed, a selfless person.
He is survived by his father, 3 brothers, and 3 sisters.
A visitation will be held at Fogelsanger-Bricker Funeral Home and Crematorium, Inc. located at 112 W King Street, Shippensburg, PA 17257 from 1:00PM to 4:00PM on Sunday, June 4th, 2023. Everyone is welcome to attend.
