Elizabeth R. Kaufmann, 60, of Shippensburg, departed this life on the morning of Sunday, November 11, 2018.
She was born on September 5, 1958, in Salisbury, MD, a daughter of the late Dr. Frank and Helen Smith and married Donald Kaufmann on May 15, 1993, in Bristol, Pennsylvania.
Elizabeth worked as a purchasing agent and supervisor at the former Dial Co., Bristol, PA. She also worked as a real estate agent and at an oil refinery when she lived in California.
In her free time, Elizabeth liked to garden. She was excellent at cooking and was excellent at baking. Elizabeth was known for making wonderful desserts. She was an animal lover her entire life and was very in-tune with their feelings and personalities. She especially loved her late Rottweiler’s, Lucan and Sasha.
In addition to her husband of twenty-five years, Donald; three siblings; a nephew, Aaron Ogitis; and several great nieces/nephews.
Her funeral arrangements have been entrusted to the Fogelsanger-Bricker Funeral Home & Crematorium, Inc., Shippenburg. A viewing will be held on Sunday, November 18, 2018, from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., at the funeral home.
