Eber G. Ott, 71, of 60 West Main Street, Walnut Bottom died Saturday, May 15, 2010 at the Chambersburg Hospital.
Born August 19, 1938 in Shippensburg; he was a son of the late Benjamin and Augusta Mae Holtry Ott.
He retired from Domestic Pump and years ago worked for the former Cogwell Industries both in Shippensburg.
Eber is survived by his wife Elsie M. Lindsey Ott, two daughters; Loretta A. Orndorff and her husband Sam of Shippensburg, and Peggy S. Ott of Walnut Bottom, three sons; Danny L. Ott and Terry E. Ott, Sr. both of Walnut Bottom, and Glen E. Ott of Shippensburg, one brother Wesley Ott of Shippensburg, three sisters; Nellie Hale, Sally Ott, and Hazel Johns all of Shippensburg, nine grandchildren, and four great grandchildren.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by a brother John and a sister Betty.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, May 18, 2010 at 2:00 p.m. in the Fogelsanger-Bricker Funeral Home Inc., Shippensburg. Officiating will be the Rev. David A. Erisman. Burial will be in Rehoboth Cemetery. The viewing will be held Tuesday afternoon one hour prior to the services in the funeral home.
