Dorothy C. Holtry, 88, a resident of the Orrstown Personal Care Home, passed away Sunday, December 4, 2016 in the home.
Born October 13, 1928 in Shippensburg, Dorothy was a daughter of the late Ira L. and Ethel P. Ocker Crider.
She was a member of the Ridge Church of the Brethren, Shippensburg and years ago worked at the Beistle Company.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband of 59 years, George F. Holtry who died December 25, 2013.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, December 7, 2016 in the Ridge Church of the Brethren at 3 p.m. Officiating will be The Rev. Harold E. Yeager. Burial will be in the Ridge Cemetery. A viewing will be held one hour prior to the services in the church.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Ridge Church of the Brethren, 1095 Ridge Road, Shippensburg, PA 17257.
