Donald Chamberlin

Donald Reese Chamberlin, 79 of Herlong, CA, formerly of Shippensburg, died Wednesday December 14, 2011 in the Renown Regional Medical Center, Reno, NV following a lengthy illness.
Born March 17, 1932 in Shippensburg, he was a son of the late Charles E. and Velva P. Bowers Chamberlin.
Years ago Donald was employed at Letterkenny Army Depot and then transferred and retired from the Sierra Army Depot in Herlong, NV. He was a graduate of the Shippensburg High School.
He is survived by his wife, Audrey E. Myers Gettel Chamberlin formerly of Shippensburg, two step daughters, Doris Jeannie Madden, and Donna “Sis” Gotshall both of Shippensburg, one sister, Mildred C. Davison, and one brother, Fred B. Chamberlin both of Shippensburg.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by three brothers, Robert L. Chamberlin, C. Kenneth Chamberlin, and Clifford E. Chamberlin.
Services will be private. There will be no viewing or visitation. Burial will be in Spring Hill Cemetery.
