David Michael Molino

David Michael Molino, 74, of Shippensburg, passed away on Saturday, August 3, 2024 at the UPMC Carlisle Hospital surrounded by his loving family. 

Born Sunday, July 9, 1950, he was the son of the late Harry P. and Mary Trapani Molino.

David was a registered architect with Centura Associates for over 35 years in Chambersburg, PA. He had a passion for woodworking and enjoyed remodeling. When it came to woodworking, David was a jack of all trades, but had an affinity for designing and building furniture. David worked alongside his wife, Missy, with Quilt Odyssey where he was affectionately known as “Mr. Missy.” David was an active member of the Unitarian Universalists of the Cumberland Valley.

David is survived by two daughters, Jenna K. and husband Steven McKenzie of Church Hill, MD, and Lara M. Molino and partner Manuel Gonzalez, Jr. of Enola; seven grandchildren, Aubrey, Austin and wife Alissa, Alexis, Gianna, Manuel Gonzalez III, Tristin, and Trinitii; four great-grandchildren, Haisley, Ellie, Steven, and Aylee Kay; a sister, Patricia and husband Les Kulp of Trout Run, PA; numerous beloved nieces and nephews; and many lifelong friends and colleagues.

In addition to his parents, David was preceded in death by his wife Melissa “Missy” Molino who passed away on June 24, 2023.

David’s funeral arrangements have been entrusted to Fogelsanger-Bricker Funeral Home & Crematorium, Inc. A memorial service will be held on Tuesday, August 20, 2024 at 2:00 p.m. at Fogelsanger-Bricker Funeral Home & Crematorium, Inc. with Ms. Dot Everhart officiating. A visitation will be held one hour prior to the service on Tuesday.
