D. Lee Wenger

D. Lee Wenger, 73, of York, formerly of Shippensburg and Newburg, died Thursday, November 3, 2011 in his home.
Born February 4, 1938, he was a son of the late Harry L. and Ruth Coleman Wenger.
Lee retired from SKF Industries after 41 years of services working in Shippensburg, Hanover, and York. He was a 1955 graduate of Shippensburg Area Senior High School and was of the protestant faith.
He is survived by his wife Barbara L. Jamison Wenger, one son, Jeffrey L. Wenger and his wife Kathy of Shippensburg, one daughter, Gina M. McLeod and her husband Gary Lundberg of Cody, WO, one step-daughter, Michelle L. Fraker of Camp Hill, one brother, Roy Wenger of Newburg, five grandchildren, 2 great grandchildren and many nieces and nephews.
In addition to his parents he was preceded in death by his first wife, Betty Hippensteel Wenger, and two brothers are also deceased.
Funeral services will be held Tuesday, November 8, 2011 in the Fogelsanger-Bricker Funeral Home Inc., Shippensburg at 11 a.m. Officiating will be a nephew of the family, The Rev. Richard L. Reese. Burial will be in Spring Hill Cemetery. There will be no viewing however a visitation will be held Monday evening from 6-8 p.m. and one hour prior to the services in the funeral home.
