Cora E. Warren, 76, formerly of Shippensburg, died Friday, May 6, 2011 in the Home Care of Rhonda Rogers in Chambersburg.
Born September 14, 1934 in Southampton Township, Cumberland County, she was a daughter of the late Elmer and Cora Kunkleman Lynch.
She was a member of the Grace United Church of Christ in Shippensburg and retired from the Beistle Company.
Cora was preceded in death by her husband, Oren C. Warren who died July 25, 1975 and ten brothers and sisters.
She is survived by two daughters; Lisa R. Kline and her husband Chris of Shippensburg, and Linda K. Varner and her husband Thomas of Spring Run, one brother, Ernest Lynch of Shippensburg, two sisters; Thelma Fraker of Shippensburg, and Berhilda Keefer of Lorain, Ohio, five grandchildren, Valerie Whistler, Natasha Varner, Latisha, Derek and Shayla Kline, and one great granddaughter, Madison Whistler.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, May 11, 2011 in the Fogelsanger-Bricker Funeral Home Inc., Shippensburg at 10:30 a.m. Officiating will be The Rev. George W. Heckard. Burial will be in the Spring Hill Cemetery. The viewing will be held Tuesday evening from 6-8 p.m. in the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Alzheimer’s Association, 3544 N. Progress Ave., Suite 205, Harrisburg, PA 17110.
