Catherine Plasterer

Catherine M. Plasterer, 95, a resident of Menno Haven, formerly of Elmcroft, Shippensburg, departed this life on the evening of Wednesday, December 2, 2015.
She was born on December 26, 1919, in Shippensburg, a daughter of the late Bigler E. and Annie Martin Plasterer.
Catherine was employed at the former Hoffman Mills, Shippensburg, for 40 years, retiring in 1985. She was a long-time member of the Greenwood Hills Gospel Chapel, Fayetteville. Catherine was very fond of the staff and friends she made while living at Elmcroft and enjoyed living there immensely.
She is survived by many nieces and nephews. Catherine was the last living member of her immediate family. In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by four brothers and four sisters.
Her funeral service will be held at 2:00 p.m., on Monday, December 7, 2015, at the Fogelsanger-Bricker Funeral Home, Inc., Shippensburg. Interment will follow in the Spring Hill Cemetery. Viewing will be one hour prior to the service on Monday at the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be made to the Greenwood Hills Gospel Chapel at 7062 Lincoln Way East Fayetteville, PA 17222.
