Carol Elaine Miller, 81, of Shippensburg, passed away peacefully in the morning of Monday, November 13, 2023.
Born September 3, 1942, Carol was the daughter of the late Merle H. and Mary E. (Mowery) Shoemaker. Carol was the younger sibling to beloved sister, Donna Shoemaker, of Shippensburg. Carol was the wife of, devoted husband, Robert E. Miller. Carol was the loving mother of Angela N. (Miller) McCulloch, and the adoring grandmother of Sierra McCulloch and Sheyenne McCulloch, as well as two great-grandsons, Auden and Lowen Barmont.
Carol graduated from the Shippensburg Senior High School. She had a lovely singing voice and was a member of the Sharps. Carol was very proud of her many years working as a secretary at the Beistle Company.
Carol enjoyed spending time with her family, and she loved reading and watching movies with her granddaughters. She was especially fond of the holidays and created many cherished memories.
A private gathering of immediate family was held.
