C. Kay Crouse-Bartlett, 64, of Mechanicsburg, passed away Monday, January 29, 2018 at home.
She was born October 15, 1953 in Chambersburg, PA. Kay was a daughter of the late Donald E. and Ruth L. Booz Crouse.
She retired in 2011 from the PA Dept. of Health after 26 years of service. Kay was a member of Christian Life Assembly, Camp Hill and served as Coordinator of their Rainbow Club. She was an avid runner, competing in numerous races. Kay was a 1972 graduate of the Shippensburg Area Senior High School. She enjoyed spending time with her family and most of all, her grandchildren.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her son, Terry L. Linn, Jr. who passed away April 16, 1994.
Kay is survived by her husband, Rodney “Rod” Bartlett, Sr. whom she married September 27, 2002, one son, Nathan D. Linn and his wife Jamie McDiffitt of Enola, two grandchildren, Kayla and Caleb Linn, three step-children, David (Ashley) Bartlett of North Carolina, Jennifer Tice of Florida and Rodney Bartlett, Jr. of Wormleysburg, three siblings, Colin R. (Doris) Crouse of Lebanon, John E. (Carmen) Crouse of Germany and Diane (Robert) Naugle of Shippensburg and numerous nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, February 3, 2018 at 10:30 a.m. in the Fogelsanger-Bricker Funeral Home & Crematorium, with Pastor Lee E. Hyman officiating. Burial will be held in the Ridge Cemetery, Shippensburg. A viewing will be held Friday evening from 5-7 p.m. in the Christian Life Assembly, Camp Hill, and one hour prior to the services in the funeral home.
