Bryon M. Coldsmith Sr., 55 of White Church Road, Shippensburg, died Tuesday, November 15, 2011 in the Chambersburg Hospital.
Born Saturday, January 7, 1956 in Chambersburg, he was a son of the late Walter B. and Elizabeth M. Eberly Coldsmith.
Bryon was a member of the Open Door Church, Chambersburg. He was a former employee at Grove World Wide where he worked for 13 years. He was presently employed at Wenger's Feed Mill in Shippensburg as a truck driver. Bryon loved farming.
Surviving is his wife of 34 years, Dora A. Hardy Coldsmith, two sons; Bryon M. Coldsmith Jr. and Jason L. Coldsmith and his wife Jessica, two daughters; Heather A. Arrowood and her husband Jamie, and April M. Keyser and her husband Mark, one grandson, Joseph B. Coldsmith all of Shippensburg, two sisters; Barbara E. Hofe, Orrstown, Bethann M. Coldsmith and her husband Mark Krawczak, Chambersburg, and two brothers, Walter B. Coldsmith and his wife Carol, Shippensburg and Bernard “Joe” Coldsmith and his wife April, Newville, numerous nieces, nephews, great nieces and great nephews.
In addition to his parents, he was preceded in death by two infant sons.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, November 19, 2011 at 10:00 a.m. in the Fogelsanger-Bricker Funeral Home Inc. with Pastor J. Allen Lehman and Pastor Diane Young officiating. Burial will be in the Norland Cemetery. A viewing will be held Friday from 6:00 until 8:00 p.m. in the funeral home.
