Beulah Anna Wiser, 86, a resident of the Orrstown Personal Care Home, passed away Monday, September 4, 2017 at the home.
She was born December 15, 1930 in Chambersburg, PA. Beulah was a daughter of the late Arthur and Anna Knoll Zook.
She retired from the former Grief Company in 1993. Beulah was a member of the Lurgan United Brethren Church.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, W. Cecil Wiser who passed away July 27, 2017. Three brothers, Leroy, Paul and Mervin Zook and three sisters, Ruth Fadenrecht, Dorothy Glick and Verda Kipe are also deceased.
Beulah is survived by two sons, Kenneth L. (Barb) Wiser of Lurgan and Dennis E. (Teena) Wiser of Fayetteville, two daughters, Bonnie J. (Timothy) Mellott of St. Thomas and Donna R. (Dana) Gettel of Shippensburg, one brother, Earl Zook of Chambersburg, ten grandchildren, 22 great-grandchildren, two great-great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held Saturday, September 9, 2017 at 11 a.m. in the Lurgan United Brethren Church, Shippensburg. Officiating will be Pastor Stan V. McCammon and The Rev. Harold E. Yeager. Burial will be held in the Mongul Cemetery. A viewing will be held Friday evening from 6-8 p.m. in the Fogelsanger-Bricker Funeral Home & Crematorium, Shippensburg.
