Betty L. Suders, 79, resident of Shippensburg Health Care Center, passed away the morning of June 8, 2023.
She was born on Saturday, April 22, 1944 in Orrstown, a daughter of the late Noah J. and Nancy (Naugle) McMullen, Sr.
Betty was a graduate of the Shippensburg High School. She previously attended the Shippensburg Senior Center for nearly 10 years and enjoyed participating in the daily activities at the Shippensburg Health Care Center. She also loved playing bingo.
She is survived by two children, Peggy S. Rebuck Barrick and her husband, Michael R. and Ronald E. Rebuck and his wife, Robin; two grandchildren, Trenten Rebuck and Kelsey (Trent) Clever; one step-granddaughter, Deidre Coons; two great-grandchildren; one step-great-grandson; and five siblings, Noah J. McMullen, Jr., Glenn L. McMullen, Kenneth E. McMullen, Leonard J. McMullen, and Edith R. Shindledecker.
In addition to her parents, she was preceded in death by her husband, Harry R. Suders; one grandson, Dalten Rebuck; and 10 siblings.
A graveside service will be held on Sunday, June 18, 2023 at 2:00 p.m. at the Salem Cemetery, Chambersburg. Pastor Richard Black, Jr. will officiate.
