Betty J. Ingram, 83, of Shippensburg, died Saturday, July 13, 2013 at Elmcroft in Shippensburg.
She was born October 1, 1929 in Newville, Cumberland County. Betty was a daughter of the late John and Maude Stevick Varner.
Betty was a member of South Mountain Brethren in Christ Church.
In addition to her parents she was preceded in death by her husband, George F. Ingram who died August 22, 1996. Two brothers are also deceased.
Betty is survived by three daughters, Juanita K. Mills and Kelly L. Weaver and her husband Dean all of Shippensburg, and Lowanda L. Brown and her husband James of Stevensville, MD, eight grandchildren, 19 great grandchildren and a number of nieces and nephews.
Funeral services will be held Friday, July 19, 2013, in the Fogelsanger-Bricker Funeral Home, Inc., Shippensburg at 2:00 p.m. Officiating will be the Rev. David A. Erisman. Burial will be in Spring Hill Cemetery. A visitation will be held one hour prior to the services in the funeral home.
Memorial contributions may be made to the South Mountain Chapel Brethren in Christ Church, 11 Chestnut Grove Road, Shippensburg, PA 17257.
