Betty Cohick

Betty R. Cohick, 84, of Shippensburg, died Friday, August 13, 2010 in her home.
Born August 1, 1926 in Newville, she was a daughter of the late Harry S. and Mae Kline Zinn.
She was a member of the First United Methodist Church in Carlisle.
She is survived by her husband Stanley E. Cohick, three sons; Barry E. Cohick, and Bennis R. Cohick and his wife Donna all of Hilton Head Island, SC, and Daniel R. Cohick and his wife Lola of Shippensburg, four grandchildren; Chris, Heather, Tim, and Tawnia, four great grandchildren; Seth, Bryce, Kia, and Olivia, two sisters; Dorothy Heckendorn, and Patricia Hosler both of Newville, two daughter in laws; Anne Cohick of Hilton Head Island, SC, and Dolores Cohick of Carlisle, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Betty was preceded in death by one brother, Robert Zinn and a sister, Frances Lindsay.
Funeral services will be held Wednesday, August 18, 2010 in the Fogelsanger-Bricker Funeral Home Inc., Shippensburg at 11:00 a.m. Officiating will be The Rev. John L. Shellenberger, Jr. Burial will be in Westminster Cemetery. There will be no viewing, however a visitation will be held one hour prior to the services Wednesday morning in the funeral home.
