Bertha M. Finkey, 84, of Shippensburg, passed away Tuesday, March 24, 2020 at Green Ridge Village, Newville.
She was born March 13, 1936 in Shippensburg, PA. Bertha was a daughter of the late Charles S. and Alice M. (Shirley) Craig.
She retired from the Newville Shoe Company after working there for over 29 years. Bertha then worked for three years at Weis Markets and then another three years at Northside Mini Market.
In addition to her parents, Bertha was preceded in death by her husband, Donald C. Finkey, Sr., five brothers and one sister.
Bertha is survived by one son, Donald C. Finkey, Jr. and his wife Karen of Orrstown, two daughters, Joyce M. Reed and her husband Arthur of Shippensburg and Joann F. Mohler of Ohio, ten grandchildren, 19 great-grandchildren, two great-great-grandchildren and numerous nieces and nephews.
Services and burial will be private.
