Bertha M. Clever, 54, of Shippensburg, died Tuesday, December 23, 2014 in the Chambersburg Hospital.
She was born September 23, 1960 in Chambersburg, Franklin County. Bertha was a daughter of the late Leland Q. and Wanda R. Smith Campbell. She was also preceded in death by her husband Kevin W. Clever, Sr. who died August 9, 2003 a daughter, Sabrina Carr, and a sister, Edna I. Koons.
Bertha was a member of Mt. Rock Brethren in Christ Church, Shippensburg. She retired from Knouse Foods in Peach Glenn where she was a Fork Lift Operator.
Bertha is survived by a son, Kevin W. Clever, Jr., a daughter, Brandy M. Kennedy, a grandson, Damien Gossert and two brothers, Jack L. Campbell, and Larry R. Campbell all of Shippensburg, three sisters, Mary L. Filler of Yeagertown, Diane E. Perkey of Gardners, and Sue E. Black of Chambersburg, and numerous nieces and nephews.
Memorial services will be held Saturday, January 3, 2015 in the Mt. Rock Brethren in Christ Church, Shippensburg at 11 a.m. Officiating will be The Rev. Lloyd T. Zimmerman. Burial will be private. A visitation will be held one hour prior to the services in church.
