Angie Nicole Eberly (Angel N. Smithbey), 5 years young, departed this life on the afternoon of Tuesday, December 15, 2015, at the M.S. Hershey Medical Center.
She was born on September 24, 2010, in Philadelphia, to her biological mother, Nicole Smithbey. Her parents are Timothy J. and Ruth B. Nolt Eberly of Newville.
In addition to her parents, Angie is survived two sisters, Hope & Marie Eberly; four brothers, Javon, Steven, Cyrus, and Ronald Eberly; paternal grandmother, Mary Eberly; and maternal grandparents, Floyd and Jane Nolt.
She was preceded in death by one sister, Timmaya Eberly, who died on November 16, 2010; and her paternal grandfather, Jonas R. Eberly.
Her funeral service will be held at 9:30 a.m., on Friday, December 18, 2015, at the Meadow View Old Order Mennonite Church at 169 Hair Road Newville, PA 17241. The Meadow View Church ministry will officiate. Interment will occur in the adjoining cemetery. Viewing will be held Thursday from 2:00 p.m. until 4:00 p.m. and again from 6:00 p.m. until 8:00 p.m., at the Eberly residence, at 2096 Pine Road Newville, PA 17241.
The family kindly requests the omission of flowers.
