I first met Marie when I began to volunteer at the H. Ric Luhrs Center and she was always a joy to be around. On behalf of Luhrs, she helped so many of the performers and their staff while in Shippensburg and I think she did so for no pay. I remember her 'showing me the ropes' when I started as a volunteer and it was so kind of her to do so. When there were Saturday performances at Luhrs, I would go to the 5pm Mass at Our Lady of the Visitation and looked forward to sitting with her. I will miss her kind smiling face and rich spirit.

She was a top notch bowler as well as a person! Marie was always friendly & fun to be around! My thoughts & prayers are with her family!
