I have many lovely memories of Sis because she was a loving woman who always welcomed me and our family into her home. She was Madeline Wise - my mother's best friend all of their lives as they grew up together in Orrstown and always kept in touch as my family moved around and then landed in Shippensburg in 1963. She made sure that she came to my mother's memorial service in 2012. It was a special effort and we appreciated it so much. My last memory of Sis was the lunch Ginny Fry and I had with her in Mennohaven. She was upbeat and positive as always and appreciative of her comfortable living situation there. It was so important for her to Donna and family and then Dudley and Karen nearby. She truly was a great lady!
