While I didn't know Mr. Shafer personally, I know his daughter, Amber. And if he was as kind and light hearted as she is, then everyone who loved him and miss him are very lucky to have known him. Hold tight to your memories and share the stories often. I am sure that he would want you to celebrate the good times. May the Lord embrace you and comfort you through the tough times.

Remember growing up with Randy in Waterfall back in the 50's and 60's. A lot of good memories. Waterfall was home to a lot of good , but ornery boys and Randy was one of them. We had a lot of adventures , worked hard for our parents and somehow survived to reach adulthood. Praying for family during this time. Pete Knepper

While we didn't know Mr. Shafer personally, some of his family are among our best of friends. We hope and pray that your grieving process is as brief as possible and you find complete peace and contentment with only the best and happiest of times first and foremost in your memories. Godspeed to you all.

Most Sincerely,
Terry and Caryl Sanders
