Bill joined our staff in 1987. Growing up in Camp Hill, he first became involved in the funeral business while in high school and in the employ of the Myers-Hall Funeral Home. After graduation he attended Harrisburg Area Community College and the Pittsburgh Institute of Mortuary Science, graduating in 1986. Bill then completed an internship at the Rohland Funeral Home in Lebanon. He became a licensed funeral director in 1987 and has been employed by the Fogelsanger-Bricker Funeral Home ever since. In 1998 he became an associate in the business, and in November 2009, he and his wife Pam purchased the funeral home.
Bill is a member of the Shippensburg Kiwanis Club, the Harrisburg Consistory, the Free and Accepted Masons Lodge #315, and the Shippensburg Community Organization D.O.I.T. He enjoys hunting, fishing, and golfing. He also loves spending time with his children and watching them play sports. Bill resides in Newburg with his wife Pam and their three sons, Derk, Dylan, and Brock.

Norm has owned a funeral home in Shippensburg since 1978 when he purchased the J. William Barbour Funeral Home at 142 East King Street. In 1979 he purchased the Joseph F. Justice Funeral Home and in 1987, he and his wife Norma, acquired the Mervin O. Fogelsanger Funeral Home at 112 West King Street.
He is a 1973 graduate of Chambersburg High School, attended the Pennsylvania State University Mont Alto Campus, and was a 1976 honors graduate of the Pittsburgh Institute of Mortuary Science.
Norm is a member of Christ United Methodist Church, Shippensburg, and has been active in many civic, community, fraternal, and professional organizations over the years.
He lives in Shippensburg with his wife, Norma. He has a daughter Elise, and a son, Dane. He enjoys fishing, hunting, playing golf, and going to Penn State football games.

Justin came to work at the F.B.F.H. while attending Shippensburg University and continued on after completion of mortuary school and testing requirements to become a licensed funeral director. In his free time, he likes to do anything active and be outdoors. He resides in Shippensburg with his wife Christina.
|Mark Filburn, Licensed Funeral Director|
Mark Filburn is a licensed Pennsylvania funeral director who has been employed at our firm since September, 2006. He has worked in the central Pennsylvania area as a funeral director for ten years. He was born and raised in the Pittsburgh area where he attended Westmoreland County Community College and the Pittsburgh Institute of Mortuary Science. He graduated with an Associate Degree in Specialized Business for Funeral Management.
Mark resides in Mount Holly Springs with his wife Christine and three children – Justine, Jeremy, and Jada. Mark is a member of the VFW Post 6168, American Legion Post 223, and is also a member of St. John Evangelical Lutheran Church. He enjoys spending time with his family, playing softball, and hunting.
